BEE Recovered was born from a simple realization: healing is rarely a straight line, and most people are trying to navigate it without a map. Over the years, I found myself returning to the same exercises, reflections, and grounding tools during difficult seasons of life. What began as scattered notes slowly grew into a collection of practices designed to help create clarity when everything feels overwhelming. This workbook isn't about toxic positivity or pretending hard things don't exist. It's about making space for honesty, self-awareness, and small steps forward when progress feels impossible. Every page was created with the understanding that recovery looks different for everyone. My hope is that these pages help readers reconnect with themselves, one reflection, one insight, and one day at a time.
